New Summer Menu 2012
(Five course meal paired with premium wines from best Mendocinian Bodegas only) - Mendocinian "tortita con chicharrones", home made pathé mousse, chickory and quince jelly.
- Foccacia style pyta bread, cold pickled rabbit, burnt strawberries, crispy leek and yoghurt-cucumber dressing.
- Goat cheese duo, beats carpaccio, figs and a toasted walnuts and grapefruit vinaigrette.
- Ten hours slowly braised baby goat in potatoes skin wrapping, prunes rehydrated in Arauco olive oil, basil and black olives gremolata.
- "Algarroba" and extra virgin olive oil moist cake, caramelized fruit and creamy "Cedrón" sauce.

Open Mondays through Sundays, only eight people per night at the Los Chocos Table, dinner starts 9pm.
